Fantastic southern style food. I had a smothered pork chop and it was so tender that the meat came off the bone without having to use a knife. The gravy was delicious and so was the rest of my meal. The mashed potatoes, green beans, collard greens, corn bread, and pecan pie were excellent. The price was good for the amount of food you get. Plenty of parking and seating. They allow take out. You order cafeteria style and have lots of great choices. They have sweet tea and coke products.

The food was very flavorful and juicy. I think the meat portions could be larger but the food is great. The service could be better which accounts for the lost star.

I have only had take-out from them. The food is delicious. The baked chicken was really moist and flavorful. I loved the turnips and cabbage. The crust of the sweet potato pie was soggy --probably wrapped before it cooled. Pie aside, great country cooking.
